Job Title: Director of Sales
Location: Fargo, ND Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 Annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel profitability.
- Work with leadership on setting rates/discounts/specials
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients for group business.
- Involvement in local networking groups.
- Maintain customer database and develop contracts.
- Manage departmental budget and monitor sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of Fargo Market
- Multi-unit and multi-brand experience preferred.
- Hotels sales experience a must.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong initiative and analytical skills.
- Team player with professional integrity.
