Job Full Description
A local homebuilder is seeking a Residential Construction Superintendent to join their team. This person will be responsible the day-to-day supervision of several home builds from start to finish. Responsibilities include: Scheduling Sub-Contractors, review of all work being performed, and maintaining a safe and efficient construction environment. This position is also directly responsible for making sure homes are completed on time, on budget, and with minimal walk-through issues present. Candidates with previous Superintendent experience are preferred, but those with other homebuilding experience, foreman experience or other related general construction experience will be considered. This position is an on-site role, with up to 90% of time being spent in the field. Local travel only. Pay is $55k - $75k DOE with great benefits.
