Pipelayers Needed

• Wages:
• $24 - $30 per hour for experienced labor
• Payment Structure:
• Weekly pay
• Insurance Benefits:
• Up to $500 monthly contribution towards insurance premiums after 1,300 hours of service
• Safety Incentives:
• Participation in the DRIP (Disaster Risk Incentive Program)
• Work Schedule:
• 56+ hours per week from April to November (weather dependent)
• Monday-Thursday: 12 hours (7 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Friday: 8-12 hours (typically 7 AM - 3 PM)
• Occasional Saturday work
• Seasonal Employment:
• Seasonal unemployment during winter months
• Opportunities for snow removal or shop work in winter
• Per Diem:
• Based on project location relative to the home office
• Davis-Bacon Wages:
• Opportunity for prevailing wage rates based on project location
• No guarantee for every project, but frequent opportunities for prevailing wage work
• Retirement Benefits:
• Retirement account with employer contributions
