Construction Foreman

• Specialization:
• Civil underground utility installation (sewer, water, storm)
• Street grading and earthwork
• Work Schedule:
• Seasonal, typically April to November
• Flexibility based on workload and weather
• Work Area:
• Projects within approximately 100 miles of home office
• Employee commute varies based on residence and job location
• Winter Operations:
• Field personnel are laid off in winter, collecting seasonal unemployment
• Snow removal services in and around area
• Equipment servicing with limited opportunities for shop work

Equipment

• State-of-the-Art Equipment:
• Equipped with Komatsu machinery featuring GPS capabilities
• Ability to move and service own equipment for efficiency

Compensation:

• Union Wages:
• MN: $36.03/hour
• ND: $33.65/hour
• Rates set by the union with upcoming increases based on negotiations in May
• Incentive Program:
• Tiered pay bump over the union scale for foremen
• Payment Structure:
• Weekly pay
