Job Full Description
A well-established Fargo, ND based company is looking to add a dependable, hard-working team member to their growing crew. This is a blended role combining local CDL driving, hands-on labor, and detailed inventory work—perfect for someone who likes variety in their day and staying active on the job.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate CDL A vehicles for primarily local routes
- Assist with loading, unloading, packing, and moving household goods
- Support relocations for military families and other organizations (schools, businesses, etc.)
- Perform inventory inspections, documenting condition and noting any damages prior to shipment
- Occasionally move trucks or equipment between locations
- Work as part of a team to ensure safe, efficient moves
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid CDL A license (or willingness/ability to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail, especially with inventory and documentation
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, carrying, packing)
- Clean driving record (must pass MVR)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must have or be able to obtain a REAL ID
- Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in where needed
Schedule & Perks:
- Monday–Friday schedule (no required weekends)
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some shifts 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Optional overtime available
