Express Employment Professionals of Fargo, ND is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a growing construction firm specializing in custom residential and boutique commercial projects in the Fargo area. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and a high level of client experience are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and weekly client updates
- Coordinate permitting, construction documents, and project specifications
- Lead construction meetings with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients
- Oversee subcontractor coordination, bids, material procurement, and purchase orders
- Review budgets, invoices, cost coding, and change orders throughout each project
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards, schedule adherence, and jobsite cleanliness
- Coordinate key milestone walkthroughs including framing, electrical, and final inspections
- Assist with punch lists, homeowner orientations, and project closeout documentation
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, vendors, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Prior project management experience in residential construction (custom or high-end preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
- Ability to read blueprints and construction specifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Professional, team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
