Job Full Description

• Perform maintenance and repairs in various facilities
• Tasks include:
• HVAC Systems: Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Carpentry: General repairs and custom projects
• Electrical: Basic electrical repairs and installations
• Plumbing: Address plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs
• Inventory Control: Manage supply inventory for maintenance tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and tenants

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven background in commercial maintenance
• Skills Required:
• Proficient in HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Strong customer service skills
• Tools: Must have own reliable tools for maintenance tasks
• Transportation: A dependable vehicle is necessary for commuting to various job sites

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday to Friday
• On-Call Responsibilities: Light on-call duties as needed
