Job Full Description
We are currently seeking a Spa Service Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and installation of spa and hot tub systems in Bismarck, ND. This role is hands-on and includes both mechanical repairs and customer-facing service work. Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Pay starts at $24/hour + depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair spa and hot tub equipment
- Replace or service pumps, control systems, and sensors
- Perform water care testing and troubleshooting
- Drain and refill hot tubs as needed
- Assist with product deliveries (1 day per week)
- Provide excellent customer service during onsite visits
Qualifications
- Prior experience in mechanical, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or similar field preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
