Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Time Entry Management: Collect and submit employee timesheets accurately and timely.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the HR company and employees, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll tasks, including entering hours, processing payments, and handling pay disputes.
- Invoice Management: Pay invoices via phone and manage debits and credits related to payroll and HR services.
- Accounts Payable: Responsible for Accounts payable and other accounting duties.
- Software Experience: Utilize HR and payroll software to manage employee information and process payroll accurately.
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting and payroll functions, preferably in a small to mid-sized company.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic accounting background, including the ability to handle invoices and payment disputes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
