SRG Express Professionals is helping a company that has an IMMEDIATE OPENING in Watertown SD Location. We are looking for a talented individual that loves IT. This position will focus on providing support primarily focused on endpoint devices such as desktops, laptops, tablets, printers along with related applications and accessories. Network support experience is a plus, especially in the area of servers, firewalls, wireless, and switching.
First and foremost, we are looking for someone that is passionate about helping people. Customer care is the cornerstone of being effective and successful in this position.
Applicants should have skills in the installation, troubleshooting and support of Microsoft Windows 10, TCP/IP, Switches, Anti-Virus, Endpoint Security. Strong Hardware skills with the ability to tear down laptops, desktops, and printers also required. Certifications such as A+, Server +, Networking + or other industry certifications not required, but a plus. Job also requires strong organizational, writing, communication, and customer service skills.
