Job Full Description

Express is seeking a reliable and organized Support Engineer.
The Support Engineer will work closely with the Technical Manager to provide high-quality technical support and solutions to clients, ensuring optimal performance of systems and services. This position involves troubleshooting, maintaining customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.


Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with the Technical Manager to develop and implement support strategies aligned with company goals
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support cases, solutions, and best practices
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
  • Work with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
  • Participate in the deployment and configuration of new systems and software
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies through continuous learning and training
  • Support and promote the company’s Health & Safety Programs

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid passport
