Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the complete hose assembly process from start to finish

• Review assembly instructions, gather parts/materials, and prep for each build

• Use hand tools and machinery such as saws, crimpers, tape measures, and calipers

• Assemble hoses and components with precision—checking connections and ensuring proper fit

• Coil hoses and prepare them for customer delivery

• Document quality checks and production details

• Help manage inventory using ERP software

• Keep a clean and safe workspace and follow all safety protocols

• Maintain professionalism and provide quick-turn support to clients when needed

• Perform other assigned tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

• Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills

• Solid computer skills (Outlook, Excel, general Windows navigation)

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting (required)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

• Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs and working in a physically demanding environment

• Positive, reliable, and eager to jump in where needed

• Customer service experience is a plus—this role includes occasional direct interaction with clients

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have):

• Forklift experience

• Power equipment handling experience

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

Schedule: Full-time, must be open to working extended hours when needed
