Job Full Description
Job Title: Production Operator/ Bagger
Key Responsibilities:
- Process turkeys in a food production environment
- Clean and sanitize facility (night shifts, including use of hot water and chemicals)
- Perform repetitive, physical tasks requiring standing for entire shifts
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy use of hands
- Comfort with repetitive motion and long periods of standing
- Ability to work safely in a food processing environment
- Willingness to work through the seasonal period
Experience & Education:
- No specific experience required
- Previous food processing experience preferred but not required
- No formal education or certifications necessary
Work Environment:
- Bilingual workplace
- Employees provided smocks and boots; street clothes allowed but must not include shorts
- Boxing area requires boots (reimbursed by employer)
- Physically demanding and hot working conditions for sanitation roles
Lifting Requirements: Up to 20 lbs
Testing & Screening:
- No skills testing, drug testing, or background check required
