Job Title: Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager
Position Overview:
The EHS Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environment, health, and safety programs across multiple facilities. This role ensures compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations, drives a culture of safety, and supports sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee EHS programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Lead incident response, hazard/risk assessments, and corrective action processes.

Deliver training and promote a strong safety-first culture across all locations.

Standardize EHS practices and reporting across facilities.

Monitor workplace health, including occupational exposure and employee safety programs.

Support sustainability and environmental compliance initiatives.
-
Maintain accurate EHS data and reporting to support decision-making.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field (CSP preferred).

Proven experience managing EHS programs in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety, and environmental compliance.

Hands-on experience with hazard assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.

Familiarity with ISO 14001/45001 management systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.

Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Ability to travel up to 15%.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to move through production and service areas, climb stairs/ladders, and wear required PPE.

May occasionally lift up to 25 lbs during inspections or fieldwork.
Tools & Equipment:

Regular use of computers, MS Office, and EHS reporting software.

Occasional use of industrial hygiene monitoring equipment and PPE.
