Leasing Agent
 Grand Forks, ND | $17–$19/hr | Full-Time

Express Employment has partnered with a local property management company to hire a Leasing Agent. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in building a career in real estate or property management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Scheduling and conducting property showings with prospective tenants

  • Processing rental applications accurately and efficiently

  • Assisting with marketing efforts to attract renters

  • Coordinating smooth move-ins for new tenants

  • Performing property/unit inspections to maintain quality standards

  • Supporting the office team with administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales, leasing, or customer service experience preferred (willing to train the right person)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

Schedule & Pay:

  • $17–$19/hr, depending on experience

  • Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

  • Occasional evenings and weekends by appointment
