Job Title: General Labor – Finish Work (Ceiling Tile Installation)
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-time, daytime hours (No overtime initially; abundant overtime available upon permanent hire)
Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as General Laborers specializing in finish work with a focus on ceiling tile installation. This role is perfect for someone with a construction background or anyone eager to learn a skilled trade in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately install and cut ceiling tiles by hand

Read and use a tape measure with precision

Work on stilts to perform ceiling installations

Ensure high-quality workmanship with attention to detail

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:

Ability to lift 30–40 lbs

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Fargo (mileage reimbursed at $0.45/mile)

Safety shoes required
-
Construction experience is helpful but not required – we will train the right candidate
