Are you a strategic HR leader ready to make a real impact? One of the region’s most dynamic manufacturing organizations is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead site HR operations, shape workplace culture, and partner with leadership to drive organizational success. This is a high-visibility role where your expertise in employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy will directly influence the company’s growth and success.
What You’ll Do

Lead all aspects of HR operations, ensuring smooth processes, compliance, and exceptional service for employees and managers.

Serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and leadership development.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, attracting and retaining top talent for key roles.

Oversee employee and labor relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and collaboration with unionized teams.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, programs, and practices that promote fairness, consistency, and engagement.

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

Mentor and grow HR team members, creating a high-performing, supportive department.

Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Learning & Development, and Safety teams to ensure seamless HR support.

Manage the HR department budget and contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.

5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.

Strong experience in unionized environments and handling complex employee relations.

Proven expertise in HR operations, HRIS systems, compliance, and policy development.

Solid understanding of employment law and regulatory frameworks.

Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

High integrity and a passion for fostering a positive, inclusive workplace.

Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial settings preferred.
