Responsibilities:

Design and customize products to meet client specifications.

Create detailed CAD drawings for approvals and fabrication.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.

Communicate design proposals clearly with clients to secure approvals.

Recommend improvements to enhance performance, reduce costs, and streamline production.
-
Prepare shipping, installation, and maintenance documentation.
-
Identify and implement workflow and process improvements.
-
Assist in developing reference materials such as installation guides, manuals, and work instructions.
Required Qualifications:
-
Associate degree in Mechanical/Architectural Drafting, Industrial Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in CAD software with strong technical drawing skills.

Knowledge of design and drafting principles.

Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changes, and meet deadlines.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
-
Understanding of metal fabrication processes.

Extensive experience with ERP systems and workflows.
