Warehouse & Delivery Associate

$18–$20/hour (DOE)
Full-Time | M-F
A well-established industrial distribution company in Watertown is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join their team. This position plays a key role in daily warehouse operations and customer deliveries, helping ensure orders are accurate, on time, and handled with care.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, ship, and receive incoming materials

Maintain organized stock areas and accurate inventory

Operate a company vehicle to deliver orders and pick up materials

Verify merchandise and ensure order accuracy

Assist with counter sales, customer calls, and order pulling as needed

Use forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment

Follow daily schedules and delivery routes efficiently
Qualifications:
-
1+ year of warehouse, distribution, or customer service experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR required)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

Basic computer and data entry skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

High school diploma or equivalent
