Pay: $17–$19 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Payroll Clerk to join our team in Minto, MN. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable multitasking, and confident working with numbers.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for drivers
- Manage accounts receivable
- Handle collections and billing
- Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping duties
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Communicate with customers and employees via email
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize Excel for reporting and tracking
Qualifications
- Accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience preferred
- 10-key calculator proficiency required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment
- Comfortable using computer software and accounting programs
Experience with Sage 50 Accounting and Prophecy Dispatch is a plus, but training will be provided.
