Job Title: HR Leave Management Specialist & Recruiter
Location: Crookston, MN

Pay: $18–$28/hr DOE

Schedule: Full-Time, Temporary (2-6 months with potential. permanent option)

 

Are you an HR specialist who loves helping employees and shaping great hiring experiences? Our client, a growing healthcare organization, is looking for a detail-oriented HR Leave Management Specialist & Recruiter to manage employee leave programs and support recruitment.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer FMLA, ADA, PFML, personal, medical, military, education, and other statutory leaves.

  • Serve as the go-to resource for employees and leaders on leave policies.

  • Track, document, and ensure compliance with all leave processes.

  • Assist with job postings, applicant screening, and recruitment workflows in the ATS.

  • Support HR initiatives like employee relations, policy guidance, and performance management.

What You Bring:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2+ years of HR experience (leave administration a plus).

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms preferred.
