Job Title: HR Leave Management Specialist & Recruiter
Location: Crookston, MN
Pay: $18–$28/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Temporary (2-6 months with potential. permanent option)
Are you an HR specialist who loves helping employees and shaping great hiring experiences? Our client, a growing healthcare organization, is looking for a detail-oriented HR Leave Management Specialist & Recruiter to manage employee leave programs and support recruitment.
What You’ll Do:

Administer FMLA, ADA, PFML, personal, medical, military, education, and other statutory leaves.

Serve as the go-to resource for employees and leaders on leave policies.

Track, document, and ensure compliance with all leave processes.

Assist with job postings, applicant screening, and recruitment workflows in the ATS.

Support HR initiatives like employee relations, policy guidance, and performance management.
What You Bring:
-
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2+ years of HR experience (leave administration a plus).
-
Strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms preferred.
