We’re partnering with a growing, forward-thinking agricultural operation seeking a CPA to step into a high-impact financial leadership role.
This is more than accounting—you’ll work directly with ownership to shape financial strategy, optimize tax planning, and drive profitability across large-scale farming operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations: reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Develop and execute advanced agricultural tax strategies (income averaging, depreciation, etc.)
- Analyze profitability by crop and operation to guide decision-making
- Partner with leadership on equipment investments, expansion, and succession planning
- Manage lender relationships and financial reporting

What You Bring
- CPA required
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or complex operational accounting

Travel Involved

- Periodic as needed for financial or operational planning
Experience Required
- CPA licensed with prior experience in agricultural accounting or similar complex operations

- Leadership-level experience managing financial operations
