Job Title: Donation Sorter

Position Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable individuals to assist with sorting donations for The Salvation Army. This is a temporary position supporting daily operations by organizing and processing donated items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort donated items such as clothing, household goods, and miscellaneous items
- Inspect donations for quality and usability
- Organize items into designated categories
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with lifting, moving, and staging donations as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- Varies based on assignment needs (may include day shifts and short-term coverage)
