Soybean Receiving & Bulk Loadout Operator
Job Type: Seasonal / Full-Time
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to assist with soybean receiving, unloading, storage, and bulk loading operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming loads.
- Collect and label product samples.
- Ensure products are placed in the correct bins.
- Monitor unloading and loading processes.
- Complete basic paperwork and quality records.
- Clean equipment between different crops and varieties.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Report any quality, safety, or equipment concerns.
- Communicate professionally with drivers, growers, and team members.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and organized.
- Ability to climb stairs/ladders and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
Schedule:
- October–December: 11 AM–8 PM
- Hours will transition to 9 AM–6 PM, then 7 AM–4 PM as the season slows down.
