Job Full Description
Looking for hard working individual available to work in Ardoch ND. This position is a team lead working with heavy equipment. Will train for CDL!!
12 hour shifts, $28/hr+
Essential Functions:
- Ensure site objectives and status for safety, quality, and profitability are communicated daily
- Ensure safety briefings are held and documented each shift
- Ensure MSDS are understood and proper use of PPE
- Ensure environmental compliance plan is followed
- Ensure all work instructions are followed
- Enforce all company and applicable railroad policies and procedures
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all equipment
- Assist Supervisor in training and motivating staff
- Assist Supervisor in proper use of company's disciplinary policy as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs with or without resonable accommodation
- Ability to climb in and out of large truck
- Ability to climb ladders on a railcar
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Willingness to be available for 24/7 site support
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good organizational and paperwork skills
- Proficient in Outlook as well as Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent mechanical skills
- Must possess or be able to secure CDL
Must be dependable and want to work!
