Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Forklift Operator for a manufacturing and warehouse facility in Stephen, MN. This position is responsible for safely moving materials, organizing inventory, and supporting daily production and shipping operations.
Job Responsibilities

Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and transport materials.

Place raw materials and finished products in designated storage and production areas.

Use inventory systems, scanners, and radio frequency equipment to track products and print paperwork.

Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues or maintenance needs.

Organize loads, secure materials for transport, and prepare pallets for shipment using shrink wrap.

Rotate inventory using first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Complete required paperwork and communicate with production and warehouse teams.

Follow all company safety procedures and production schedules.
Qualifications

Previous forklift experience preferred; forklift certification can be obtained onsite.

Ability to operate a sit-down forklift for most of the workday.

Ability to frequently climb on and off the forklift.

Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Manufacturing, production, or agricultural experience is a plus.
Working Conditions

Work in a warehouse and production environment that is not climate-controlled.

Exposure to moving machinery, dust, airborne particles, and outdoor weather conditions.

Potential exposure to grains, seeds, nuts, and pepper-based ingredients. Candidates with allergies to these materials should be aware of the potential exposure.

Occasional work at heights or in confined spaces, with moderate noise levels.
