Express Employment Professionals is now hiring full-time MIG/TIG Welders for 1st shifts in Dayton, OH. Pay rate of $23.00/hour. This position is an Evaluation Hire with potential for long-term placement.

Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals, ensuring precision and quality in all welds.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to accurately complete welding tasks.
- Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Set up and maintain welding equipment, ensuring tools are in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
