Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Metal Casting Technicians in Springfield, OH for 1st and 2nd Shift positions! These are full-time, evaluation hire opportunities starting at $19.00+/hour based on experience, with long-term career potential.

Responsibilities:
• Grind, deburr, and clean metal castings using hand and power tools
• Assist in sand molding and mold setup processes
• Make and prepare molds according to production needs
• Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times
• Work in a team environment to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
• Previous foundry or industrial experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a warm environment
• Reliable and ready to work with a positive attitude
• Willing to learn and take direction
