What You’ll Be Doing
• Perform soldering on electronic components and assemblies
• Read and follow work instructions, schematics, and diagrams
• Inspect and test completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
• Previous soldering or electronics assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read schematics and use soldering tools
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Steady hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
