What You'll Do
- Recruit and interview job seekers
- Match candidates with open positions
- Build relationships with local businesses
- Follow up with employees and clients
- Make outbound recruiting calls and texts
- Use technology and CRM systems to manage your pipeline
- Work toward recruiting and placement goals every week
