What You’ll Be Doing:
- Master hand tools and power tools, including dremels, angle grinders, belt sanders, rotary tools, hand files, and deburring wheels, to refine and finish metal components
- Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and technical instructions to ensure top-quality results
- Perform quality checks throughout the finishing process, ensuring precision and accuracy at every step
- Work independently while collaborating with a dedicated team to meet shared goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace that promotes efficiency and productivity
Who You Are:
- Experienced with grinding or metal finishing tools (Dremels, grinders, etc.) and ready to sharpen your skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for high-quality work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Self-driven, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Eager to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
