Now Hiring: Packer Bale Puller – Full-Time | Newark, OH
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: Hourly | Full-Time | Weekly Pay
What You’ll Do:
As a Packer, Bale Puller, you’ll play an essential role in our production team by pulling down bales, cutting and collecting wire, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and being part of a reliable crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut and remove wire from material bales
- Keep work area clean and orderly
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Perform general duties as directed by your supervisor
Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent physical activity
- Stand for up to 8 hours with breaks
- Work in varied temperatures (heat, humidity, dust)
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines reliably
