Electronics & Mechanical Assembly Technician | National Security & Defense

Location: Hebron, Ohio
Schedule: Full-Time
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen Required | Eligible for Top Secret Security Clearance

About the Role

Join a the national security and defense as an Electronics & Mechanical Assembly Technician, responsible for assembling, modifying, and testing electronic and mechanical systems that support mission-critical defense applications. You’ll play a key role in building high-precision assemblies, ensuring quality, and maintaining compliance with strict technical and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and modify electronic and mechanical components, assemblies, and subassemblies
  • Follow work instructions, technical procedures, and parts lists to ensure accurate assembly
  • Use soldering tools and electronic measurement equipment to build and test components
  • Manage parts inventory and control to support efficient manufacturing
  • Operate hand tools and mechanical/electrical equipment safely and effectively
  • Support documentation, testing, and maintenance activities to meet product specifications
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment while adhering to all rules and regulations

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronics or mechanical assembly
  • Experience following technical instructions and assembling complex systems
  • Proficiency with hand tools, soldering, and test equipment
  • Strong attention to detail, compliance, and teamwork skills
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
