What You’ll Do
Operate, set up, and maintain filling, seaming, and packing equipment
Run the canning and packaging line according to SOPs
Perform label checks, code checks, seal checks, weight checks, and other quality tests
Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues on high-speed canning equipment
Perform equipment cleaning, sanitizing, and follow GMP standards
Handle batch documentation and ensure “Batch Correct First Time” accuracy
Lift ingredients and materials over 55 lbs regularly
Work safely, follow lockout/tagout procedures, and support a Safety-First culture
Collaborate with processing, quality, warehouse, and canning teams
What We’re Looking For
4+ years in food or beverage manufacturing preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work with urgency
Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and kneeling for 8–10 hours
Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail
Commitment to a clean, safe, GMP-compliant work environment
