Material Mover – Forklift Experience
We’re hiring a Log Handler / Material Mover to support daily operations by safely moving, staging, and organizing logs. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work and working in an outdoor or yard environment. Forklift experience is a strong plus.
What You’ll Do
· Move, stack, and stage logs for processing or transport
· Load and unload logs using a forklift and/or by hand as needed
· Operate material-handling equipment safely and efficiently (as trained)
· Maintain clean, organized, and safe yard or work areas
· Follow all safety procedures when handling heavy materials
What We’re Looking For
· Forklift driving experience (certification a plus)
· Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs or more
· Comfortable with physical, repetitive work
· Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
· Safety-minded and able to follow instructions
Work Environment
· Outdoor or yard-based setting
· Combination of forklift operation and physical labor
· Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
