Processing Operator – 2nd Shift (Direct Hire)
Heath, Ohio
$22.00/hr + $2.00 Shift Differential

Our client is hiring a Processing Operator (2nd Shift) for their food manufacturing facility in Heath, Ohio. This is a permanent, direct hire position — not contract or temp — offering immediate access to full benefits.

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial mixers, homogenizers, pumps, and blending equipment
- Monitor HMI-controlled heat treatment and batch systems
- Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) and sanitation procedures
- Weigh and stage raw ingredients (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Complete GMP documentation and quality checks
Qualifications
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Sanitation experience a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Compensation & Benefits
