General Laborer – Lancaster, OH | Full-Time | Weekly Pay
We’re hiring dependable General Laborers for a growing production facility in Lancaster, OH. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly. If you enjoy active work, consistent hours, and being part of a team, this is a great long-term opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Load, move, stack, and organize materials throughout the production area
- Operate basic equipment such as pallet jacks and pallet wrappers
- Follow written work instructions and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Assist with packing, staging, wrapping, and preparing products for shipment
- Communicate delays, issues, or safety concerns to leadership
- Support cross-training and help in other production areas as needed
What You Need:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift 10–25 lbs throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
- Prior warehouse or production experience preferred but not required
