What You’ll Do
- Perform hands-on restoration, cleanup, and repair work in basements and crawl spaces
- Handle heavy lifting of materials, equipment, and debris (up to 75 lbs)
- Work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
- Operate basic hand tools and follow safety procedures
- Assist crew leaders with job setup, waterproofing tasks, and site cleanup
- Maintain a professional, respectful attitude with customers and teammates
