Sales Representative – Fast‑Paced, People‑Focused Role
Location: Newark, OH
Pay: $20–$26/hr (Salary + unlimited commissions)
Type: Full‑Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

What You’ll Do
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to applicants and local businesses
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their staffing needs
- Follow up consistently and close new business opportunities
- Support applicants through the hiring process with clear communication
- Manage a busy office environment and stay organized during peak activity
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
