Machine Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shift
Temp-to-Hire | Benefits Day 1 | Overtime Available | $20 to $24 per hour

What You'll Do
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor equipment and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect parts and verify quality standards
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Perform basic troubleshooting to keep production running
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Record production information accurately
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or machine operating experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment
- Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime when needed
- Basic computer skills
