Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities

• Execute TIG welding with precision, especially on stainless steel and aluminum (bonus eligible).
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Use a variety of tools including welders, torches, grinders, clippers, gauges, hand and power tools.

Expected Results

• Successfully pass a weld test.
• Deliver high-quality welds on stainless and aluminum using TIG methods.

Skills Required

• TIG Welding (especially stainless and aluminum)
• Blueprint reading
• Safety awareness
• Basic math and measurement skills

Experience Required

• Proven experience in TIG welding
• Familiarity with stainless steel and aluminum welding is a strong plus

Qualities Required

• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Punctuality and ability to follow directions
• Adaptability in a dynamic work environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, stoop, stand for extended periods
• Must wear and work in proper safety equipment
• Good hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and physical endurance
