Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform conversational programming on CNC Lathe and Mill machines.
• Set up machine parts and tooling for production runs.
• Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Apply mathematical and geometric principles to ensure precision.
• Perform quality control inspections to maintain tight tolerances.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, grinders, springs, and polishers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with CNC Lathe and Mill operation using conversational programming.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Solid understanding of materials such as stainless steel and aluminum.
• Proficiency in technical drawing, tool setup, and quality control.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, including grinders and polishers.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
