Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of CNC machinists and operators.
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce precision parts.
  • Review blueprints, engineering plans, and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
  • Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Train and mentor team members on CNC operations, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to optimize processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist and CNC Programmer.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools.
  • Strong understanding of G-code and CNC programming software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).
  • Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
