Position Summary:
Express Employment Professionals – Duncan Office is seeking an experienced Tire & Alignment Technician for a respected local tire shop that specializes in servicing everything from personal vehicles to tractors and semi-trucks and agricultural equipment. Key Responsibilities:
· Perform tire changes and repairs on semi-trucks and tractors
· Conduct accurate wheel alignments using specialized equipment
· Inspect tires, identify wear patterns, and recommend solutions
· Operate tire mounting and balancing machines
· Safely use hand tools and power tools for tire-related tasks
· Lift and position tires, wheels, and other components
· Maintain shop cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
Expected Results:
· Efficient and precise tire and alignment services
· Minimal downtime for customers due to accurate diagnostics
· High customer satisfaction through dependable work
· Team contribution toward a productive and safe work environment
Experience Required:
· experience changing semi-truck and tractor tires
· work in a tire shop or mechanical setting preferred
· Alignment experience a plus
Qualities Required:
· Strong attention to detail and safety

· Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers
Education Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED preferred
· Technical training or certifications in auto service is preferred
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
· Stand, bend, kneel, and work with hands for extended periods
· Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and shop environments
Equipment Used:
· Tire changers, wheel balancers, alignment machines
· Hydraulic lifts and jacks
· Hand tools, pneumatic tools, torque wrenches
· Safety equipment including gloves, goggles, and steel-toe boots
