Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Appliance Delivery & Repair Technician to join our team. This role involves delivering and installing appliances, diagnosing and repairing issues both in customers' homes and in the shop, and maintaining accurate records and inventory. The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and install household appliances at customer locations.
- Diagnose and repair appliances in customers’ homes and in the shop.
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools.
- Keep detailed and accurate service records and documentation.
- Properly maintain company-issued vehicle and equipment.
- Schedule and complete parts return calls and installations in a timely manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience Required:
- Previous experience in appliance repair and installation is essential.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
