Key Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments. Prepare and package outgoing orders for timely delivery.
• Order Processing: Pick, pack, and stage customer orders according to company standards.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

Expected Results

• Complete tasks in a safe and timely manner.
• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in attendance and performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
