Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and inspect tungsten materials for quality and consistency.
• Assist with grinding operations using industrial grinders.
• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean or prepare surfaces.
• Complete assigned general labor tasks efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with sandblasting and grinding preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
