Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately.
• Determine appropriate welding equipment and methods based on job requirements.
• Set up components and equipment for welding according to specifications.
• Apply advanced welding techniques to produce high-quality welds.
• Assemble parts using bolting and riveting techniques.
• Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling components.
• Inspect and test welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and application requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Attend work consistently and punctually according to the established schedule.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in TIG and MIG welding.
• Proven ability to produce X-ray quality welds.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Strong ability to fit and weld with precision.
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability.
• Must possess and maintain own welding tools.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent from a technical school preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass pulmonary and respiratory function tests.
• Must pass a weld test prior to employment.
• Ability to use and read welding measuring devices (e.g., squares, levels).
• Valid welding license required.
