Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes.
• Perform physical labor including digging, scooping, moving materials, bending, and lifting.
• Assist with ground work and site preparation as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and site procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or general labor setting.
• Physically capable of performing manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on project demands.
