Job Full Description
CNC Mill Operator
Pay: DOE (Dependent on Experience)
We are currently hiring an experienced CNC Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on CNC milling experience and a strong understanding of machining processes, precision measurement, and production standards.
Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

Load raw materials and monitor machine operations for quality and accuracy

Perform tool changes and minor machine adjustments as needed
-
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
-
Maintain production records and ensure parts meet specifications
-
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
-
1–2 years of CNC mill operating experience required

Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
-
Experience using precision measuring instruments
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
-
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
-
Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
-
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (may include heat and noise exposure)

Must wear required PPE including safety glasses and steel-toe boots
